Sugar Cookie Dough

Royal Icing
1
egg white
1
cup
icing sugar

vanilla extract

cream of tartar
Instructions
Sugar Cookie Dough
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl
Mix in butter for 1 minute just until it starts to crumble
Add milk and vanilla extract (or any other flavor)and mix it until a dough forms
Cover dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Roll on a floured surface, cut shapes and return to fridge while the oven preheats
Bake at 180*C for 12 minutes
Royal Icing
Beat egg white until foamy
Add sugar in increments until combined
Add vanilla, salt and cream of tartar and mix until creamy
Divide batter in containers and add color of choice
For thicker consistency, add more sugar
For thinner consistency, add 1 tsp of water at a time
