Jack Frost Cocktail
Jack Frost Cocktail
Baby, it’s cold outside! Not that it matters, since we’re all stuck in, anyways.
This delicious winter treat is usually enjoyed over Christmas (hence the name) by the northerners, who have the privilege of experiencing a snowy winter wonderland. I’m always so jealous. Here down under they’ve been trying to make Christmas in July happen for a while, but to no avail.
So, since this is the year to try new things, here I am, making a Christmas cocktail in the middle of July, pretending is snowing outside, waiting for Santa to bring us some toilet paper or something.
The Jack Frost cocktail is a variation of the Blue Hawaii, created by the legendary Harry Yee, a 101 year old bartender from Hawaii, who created several delicious tropical cocktails we know and love.
